Like we mentioned, BioWare was the team behind the original, but this time around the designers and developers at Obsidian Entertainment, comprised most notably of several former members of Interplay's Black Isle Studios RPG branch, are in the driver's seat. One of the big headliners at the LucasArts booth this year is The Sith Lords, the sequel to last year's excellent Knights of the Old Republic. So now we're at E3, the biggest videogame expo in the world with over 1,000 games on display, and what's one of the first titles we go see? The sequel to KOTOR, of course! We're so predictable. Sure, we all love Star Wars (at least the classic variety), and we knew that developers BioWare are master of the RPG, but we still weren't prepared to be as happily in love with Knights of the Old Republic as we were when it was released last July for the Xbox and last November for the PC. Knights of the Old Republic took us by a bit of surprise last year.
